I have to say that the customer service was outstanding! I ordered the flowers, had to cancel the order, and then reordered, due to changes in the funeral service. This was not a problem for them! Everything was handled immediately and with such understanding and kindness. The final order was delivered in plenty of time. I'm impressed and won't hesitate to use Premier Sympathy Flowers again.
